If you find yourself in Galveston, Texas on August 22nd.... The Galveston Historical Foundation is offering free admission to four of its historic attractions on Sunday, Aug. 22. Bishop's Palace, Menard House, and Saint Joseph's Church will be open for free tours from noon until 4pm, while the Texas Seaport Museum will be open for tours from 10am to 5pm. There will also be a 10 percent discount on the merchandise in the Bishop's Palace and Texas Seaport Museum shops.
