I know that Hertz, Avis and National share the shuttle.
A number of car rental firms are licensed to do business at Port Everglades. Some companies provide shuttle service from the cruise terminals to their off-site but nearby rental locations. And, the Rental Car Center at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) houses many rental car companies under one roof that share a shuttle bus to and from Port Everglades. We suggest you confirm shuttle service with the car rental service prior to reserving a vehicle.

I think I found that 30 seconds before you posted !
The problem I am having is a one-way rental it seems from Fort Lauderdale to Disney World. There are tons of car rental places near Disney, but it seems everyone wants their one-way car rentals to go back to an airport, and well, Orlando airport is a pretty far cab ride to Disney. Disney has a shuttle though, maybe I will call Disney and see if they will pick me up at the airport?
Look at Car Rentals from CarRentals.com, they office tons of options. My family did Port Everglades two years ago and it was very easy to just go back to the airport to get a car. 10 mins max. FLL is a great place to fly into.
