Just back from the Carnival Dream Eastern Carib cruise. I received an email containing Carnival's new "comment card". Somebody put a lot of work into it. There was plenty of room for personal input, the questions were direct and easy to underestand. 5 stars to Carnival for trashing the old comment card. Now if only they can change the Platinum gift picture frames. That would really be something.
I also like the "online" comment card over the old one you filled out onboard. I'll admit that there were a couple of times I got to the airport and it was still in my back pocket. I did mail one back one time but I also threw one away.
NCL is also doing the online comment card. I like it and it seems a bit more in depth. The old comment cards never left enough room to write more than a very short comment. I could never write that small.

Has anyone ever heard of a 'supposed' winner from any cruise in the comment card drawing? I wonder if they really ever did it.

I think the electronic one has a ways to geaux. Never received squat from Carnival on our recent (Sept 6) cruise. Maybe they don't send to people who book through TAs? Carnival certainly has my email address.
