MEXICAN CUISINE COOKING & TASTING on Inspiration

Going to be sailing on the Inspiration on 12/13 and wanted to know if anyone had experience with this excursion in Cozumel. Here's the rub, my wife is a vegetarian (no beef, chicken or fish) and the site's description states no vegetarian options. My wife would be extremely happy with just eating a plate of rice, beans and guacamole and I just want to make sure that they would have at least that as an option for her. She also has no problem touching and/or cooking with meat. Weird, huh?

Any information is helpful.

Is this excursion still available through Carnival? Someone else posted it had been canceled for their cruise after they paid for it. I looked for it for our upcoming cruise in December and did not see it on the list.
