Splendor CD back home

John Heald, the CD on the Splendor during the incident, has returned to his home for 2 weeks...
Begin quote: "hello from the UK....yes the UK. I decided to come home for 2 weeks before going back to film at St Jude. Words cannont describe how it feels to be home with the girls." End quote.

The CD schedule had him off the ship Dec. 12th. He had plans of doing the St. Jude thing then some Blogger stuff before flying home.

Maybe now CCL will buy him an Aston Martin !!!

Wonder if the ACD will take over for the remainder and how many pending sailings are cancelled? Alot of work and juggling ahead for everyone there.

I just got back from Stephenville TX to grocery shop (a 95 mile round trip from the ranch) and was so temped to buy some Spam. Even had it in my hand.
