Dang - we are leaving Monday on the Triumph ------ its 60% chance rain in cozumel! That sucks! What excursions to do now?????? We LOVED the water in cozumel!!!
That means there is a 60% chance of a 2 to 3 minute shower if that. Showers over Cozumel this time of year come and go so quickly you can even see them over the water and never come ashore. Pack a poncho. I bet it rains at 6 am and is over by the time you go ashore and it will be sunny and 80 all day long and you get sunburned. Grab a cold beer and have some fun. Don't ruin your cruise worring about it. Ed
Agree about the rain, if you look at many islands in the area they forecast rain, but as stated it usually means it will rain to some degree at some point during the day or night in some part of the island....
Have to agree with the others, it probably won't rain much. And of course by the time you get there there may 0% chance of rain.

YOu are right about the water in Cozumel, doesn't get prettier than that. As for the rain, its still too early to acurately predict the rain or lack of it, I wouldn't worry about it and just schedule your excursions anyway. If for some reason, they get cancelled, they will refund your $.
Don't sweat the weather. We nearly canceled a week in Cozumel a couple of years ago because the Weather Channel was forecasting 100% chance of rain every day. Then I looked at Accuweather and Weatherunderground and their hourly forecasts showed the rain would be in the middle of the night. Two nights out of seven it rained between 4 and 5 am. We had perfect sunny, hot beach days.
