Default Carnival recipe

It will take about a month to get an answer but you can write to John Heald on his blog and he can get the chefs to break it down for you.

Or on his FB page.

I tried food.com and was able to display sizes less than a gallon. I typed in 0.2 for the number of gallons although the # gallons wasn't displayed it showed "serves 19" which did correspond to 1/5th gallon and the ingredient sizes looked correct.
