Help, does anyone know how to send a copy of a letter to the president of Carnival? I need to cc a letter to him regarding our lack of free cruise from the Carnival Splendor fire cruise.

If you want to send snail mail to Customer relations, I think that would be your best bet, at the Carnival Miami address, and ask for return receipt requested to know it was received.
Not sure addressing it to Gerald Cahill , will get you any further...good luck

In truth, it wouldn't really make any difference. I understand the desire to add the CEO to an email like that, but Carnival is such a big corporation he is not going to look at it.
One must remember that Carnival is worth tens of billions of dollars. This is not your corner store, it is a major U.S. institution.
