Miracle - 2012 drydock?

Was looking at itineraries the other day and noticed nothing for Carnival Miracle after a 3/9/2012 sailing. Is she going into drydock?

For those who have sailed her recently, how would you rate her condition. We were thinking about booking the 3/1/12 cruise but don't want to set ourselves up for disappointment.

In general if you have sailed shortly before a ship goes in for maintenance, does she begin to look a little run down? Maybe the cruise slacks off a little because "they'll take care of that during maintenance?" Just wondering.

Hmmmm.

Did I hear something about this when I was on Freedom in January? Are they moving Miracle to Austrailia or somewhere? Can't remember.

Condition:

We were on her in November 2010 and I would say condition at that time was between "Better than average" and "Good". My opinion anyway.

Spirit is moving to Oz

It might be possible that Miracle is moving to San Diego?

Ah, there ya go. I knew I heard something about "Oz"

! Repositioning is the cause it seems. Miracle is a nice ship, if (when) she goes anywhere I'm sure the new port will appreciate her.
