Default Frequent flyers - have question

I'm booked on carnival dream flying in the day before (on a Friday). Cruise in January. Would it be safe to book flight now? I want to go out of certain airport. Suggestions? Also- continental or delta? Only choice. I guess I should check connection choices ( Memphis vs Houston) as Memphis might have snow in jan. Thanks!

If you are comfortable now with the fare prices..book now, to get the routing you want, and the times you want....let us know, how you made out.

I can't add much more than what Trip said. If the fare you see is within the budget you've set then book it.

The only other thing I can add is that once you book it don't check the fares again. It might make you happy to see the price increase but it isn't worth the aggravation to see the price drop.

Take care,

- I know. However I never really see them drop THAT much to worry about - story of my life. Paying with points - will be nice as it will seem like a 'free' flight anyway. Thanks for the input!!

If you are paying with points I would say the sooner the better. Those seats are definitely limited.
