Mr Sanchez Beach

Hello,
I have a few questions and hope that I can get some help here. We are going on an excursion at Port Miguel, any idea how far Mr Sanchez is from there and maybe how much the cab ride is? And am I understanding that we will need to rent a chair if we want to and also we do have pay for water toys correct?
So do we have to pay to enter the beach?
I just have a couple more questions to go, as far as shopping I was told to check out the shops around the port is all this close to the beach or is there shopping across from the beach?
