Default Mahogany Bay Cruise Center

Carnival spent $62 millon dollars on this place in Isla Roatan Honduras. What a great Investment. Carnival owns all the shops, resturants and it's very safe unlike alot of Ports of calls nowadays. This is the kind of place you can go shop a bit, swim at the beach , have a meal and a beer or two and just relax. Take a look at there web site. Mahogany Bay Cruise Center

I felt the opposite and wished we docked the old place where we could walk to a internet cafe and there were bargains for sale easy to walk to. Mahogany Bay, everything I saw in those shops was about double what I had paid the time before when I cruised to roatan. Seemed a little too plastic to me, but I agree for those who only want a beach, Mahogany Bay would fill the bill .. but its such a shame not to get out and see beautiful West End.
