Hi All,

Are there any excursions anyone would recommend, or should I stay on the ship and enjoy the discount at the Spa for a massage?

Check out cave tubing as this is the thing to do.

Yes, cave tubing is a good option. Another is snorkling/diving at the Caye.

If after looking at all the possible excursions you aren't all that thrilled, staying on the ship is nice, too. Its quiet, no lines, and yes the spa has specials.

There is some really good snokeling there, look through all the ship excursions. We did one once, where they picked you up at the ship and returned you to the ship, no need to tender into port. It was the tinest little island, but much to see all the way around..

I visited Belize while on the Miracle a few years ago. We did the river tour, it was pretty awesome, we saw manatees, dolphins, exotic birds and some weird monkeys that are allegedly uncommon to see. I had a blast! There was a little shop at the end of the tour with really nice wood figures, I bought a sting ray, no pressure sales. I'd recommend it!

Belize is one of my favorite ports because of the very different things that you can do there.

The first time we went to Belize we took a tour to the Myan ruins of Xanatuch, it is a full day and if you like this kind of thing a very nice tour. On the way back to the ship there was a stop for lunch which was excellent.

Never been but it seems a place where you wouldn't want to stay on board.

We have been to Belize 4 times now over the past 10 years and we have found something new and amazing to do each time.

We have gone on X-Stream Cave Tubing and Zipline which was simple AWESOME. We did X-Stream Cave Tubing our first time there and the second time we did the combo and brought our kids to experience it with us.

We have also gone to Lamanai Mayan Ruins and it was so worth the trip. The ruins and the wildlife are out of this world!

The last time we went to Goff's Caye with Belize Cruise Excursions and it was a beautiful mini island. We got to snorkel and hang out on the beach. There is a small barbecue restaurant and bar which was so cool.

I think you should definitely venture into Belize, so much to see and do!

Wow,
They actually put a bar/restaurant on Goeff's cay....Would hardly think it would fit, bet it was small. That was such a cute "mini" island with some great snorkeling all around it.
