Junior vs Ocean Suite on Spirit

Which would be better in the aft? It looks like only 5264 and 5293 are junior suites. The other higher decks are all ocean suites. What would the difference be between the two types of suites other than the cost? Pros and cons?

If I remember correctly (and I think I do.. though it's been awhile since I sailed them) on the Spirit Class ships the aft suites on deck 5 are one single oddly shaped cabin (fairly large), whereas the same locations on higher decks have a separate bedroom, with a bit of a smaller living room area. Those are great cabins.

Yes: The deck 5 suites are one room and the other decks have a separated area from the living and sleeping areas. However, the balcony is as large, or larger, than the other decks.

If you want a decent suite, for two people, with a great balcony, at a lower price then go for the Junior Suite. It is still a nice cabin and you will enjoy the benefits of an aft suite at a lesser price.

Take care,
Mike
