Carnival Cruise Spirit 6262

I just booked my carnival cruise on the spirit to Alaska which will leave in May. However I don't know what to think of the room 6262. Has anyone been in that room? What do you think?

I have heard some say it is too noisy and that the view isn't as great because you don't get to see where you are going but rather where you have already been and you are unable to look down into the water. So I'm wondering whether or not I should stick with the aft or not, if the pros out weigh the cons.

I had a very similar cabin on the Spirit and found no negative issues and would not hesitate to book the same cabin again. I thought the view was excellent and had no noise problems. Stick with the aft.

Nope had that exact room in Feb. on the Miracle, sister ship, and would book any of the aft balconies in a heartbeat!! I am waiting for them to come down on the Spirit for my 3-25-12 sailing!

I agree. I've had an aft-view extended balcony room on the Victory and Conquest. Both were wonderful. Loved the view and the balcony is much larger.
