Hampton Inn/ Rocky Point Tampa

Has anyone stayed here and purchased their pre cruise package we are looking for a hotel that offers a place for us to leave our car and a free shuttle to and from the pier.

Hi Melissa, we haven't stayed at that Hampton Inn, but Hampton is one of our favorite places to stay.

If they offer the free parking and shuttle to the ship, I'd go for it

!

I would check the post cruise shuttle again. Some places don't offer the ride back. If they offer both, Yay!

I too, am not familiar with that particular hotel, but having said that, Rocky Point is a very nice area to spend the night. Right on Old Tampa Bay, and just West of the airport. Probably 20 to 25 minutes to the pier from there. I think there is a Holiday Inn on Rocky Point as well, and they too offer the "park and cruise" option. In any case, not a bad area, and you shouldn't have to worry about your safety, or the safety of your vehicle.

Here is a link to hotels advertising they have cruise special pricing. I see two Hamptons, but dont think I saw yours.

Iv heard the Holiday Inn has the best cruise special prices that include a free shuttle to the port.

I just went thru all this figuring out what Tampa hotels, except Im flying in.
