Sending money from Carnival Freedom

Does anyone know if the ship Carnival "Freedom" will allow me (a new crew member) to send money home, to Serbia, directly from the ship - or do i have to do it from the ports??

These days with electronic pay systems one would think CCL could do this internally.

If you are on Facebook, there are pages for ships crew / entertainment / shoppies and the ships themselves so you may try to ask this there, too.
