Temp at Christmas

Can someone tell me the avg temp in Freeport an Nassau in the Bahamas at Christmas and what about water temp can you swim at the beaches or is it to cold for Adults. Thanks

I don't recall the exact temp, but we went in December and I was wearing my bathing suit on the beach for at least 3-4 hrs per day before spending the rest of the day shopping in my shorts..

I think Dec & January can be tricky sometimes there, as I have seen firsthand. It's so close to Florida, it's pretty much a clone.

It's a sub tropical region, now some locals MAY say it's cold but I bet it's a lot hotter than where you are coming from!!
