Default Leaving out of Puerto Rico

Going in two days early to enjoy Puerto Rico....leaving out of there on the Victory 1/15/2012. Any suggestions of what to do in Puerto Rico?

No, but its on my 'to-do' list. Interested in seeing what folks who've been have to say.

Investigate El Junque rain forest tours..you have the time to do it up right...take a city tour to show you this beautiful city..Visit the two forts. If you have a Saturday, there used to be a crafts fair, at the port in the old city, by the fountain..lots of local crafts....Take a tour of the Baccardi Rum Factory.....phew....lots to do..have fun!

Check here to get a good overview.

If you are adventurous and timely you can go over to Vieques of Fajardo and kayak in their bioluminescent bays. We did Vieques in October - incredible.

Default Aricebo, Goldeneye

In October, our small group rented a mini-van, did the "Trip" trip mentioned above. The rental place will have a map, plenty of places to stop & shop all over the island.
One side trip not mentioned is the radio telescope at Aricebo.
This was an amazing sight, even better than the movies. (RE: James Bonds "Goldeneye"). Takes a while to get there, but worth it. The drive is very scenic too.
