Over night in Nassau

I have been looking at cruises aboard the Sensation to Nassau and noticed that they have an over nighter there. I have been to Nassau on cruises but they left before night fall. What is there to do there that is safe besides Senor Frogs near the pier? If anyone has done this please let me know. Thanks for the feedback.
