First time cruiser and we recently booked V5 on Carnival's Ecstasy Feb 9th-14th for $649 pp. We recieved an email from the "upgrade fairy" for an incredible upgrade to the Owner's Suite for $3000 TOTAL. This question was asked twice "is this total for 2 people for all 4day. Again, I am a cruise virgin and this sounds like and opportunity worth at least thinking about

It's up to you but I personally wouldn't take it. It is $1700 more for four days and you can have a lot of fun with that $1700. I usually book suites or balconies but an additional $200pp/pd isn't that great of a deal.
If you want it then go for it but I would book a suite on a seven day cruise and get more out of it.
Take care,
Mike

Three thousand for a four day cruise? You can do better and cruise longer!
The owners suite, does not sound sweet to me for a 4 dayer on the Ecstacy...

Thank you to the input from all. We grasiously declined and will hope for a sweet offer. Haven't even sailed yet but have already began planning another cruise. Possibly Ireland? This is a great site for a first timers
