EXCELLENT! Tell us about the new shows. Last time we sailed "Dream" it still had the same shows we'd seen before. (I like 'em all, so it didn't matter too much to me, but new ones would be a refreshing difference. Besides, it'd give me an excuse to book "Dream" again!)
This will be our 4th cruise but the 1st on this class of ship. We have been on the Conquest, Fantasy and Valor. How does the Dream class stand up as far as everything being crowded? Thanks in Advance! We leave 7/7/2012
I have been on the Dream twice and cant wait to go back. I love the Cove balcony also. Its nice to be so close to the water! The buffet areas on Lido are pretty busy most of the time but not unbearable. The rest of the ship experience make up for any inconvience there.

I'm going on the Dream. On March 24th. I was wondering in the gym do they have free weights such as a weight bench and stuff not just all machines? and was there a lot of teens?
Maybe it was the time of year we went - or the time of day we went, but the gym was not crowded at any time I went. And yes there were free weights! I LOVED the spa however - and the special pool they had!!

Very few teens.
No weight bench or rack, just dumbbells.
Equipment in good shape overall.
The way the window shades are, the view isn't very good though.
Suana, and steam room

The best cruises are the ones you enjoy the most. But is the price of the cruise a factor in how much you enjoy it, or is cost a separate consideration? It is simpler, and in my mind more realistic, to assume that price is always a factor. In reality, no one ever makes a cruise decision without knowing up front how much it will cost. Money is a fundamental and often primary consideration when choosing a cruise.

Just got back today from the DREAM. any questions??? Stayed in a cove balcony - and took FULL advantage of the SPA! :-)
Did you play in the casino - we are going on our tenth Carnival cruise but first on the Dream on April 21st. We like the slots and wonder if you had any suggestions.
I am sailing the Dream in 5 weeks with my family of 4. What is the best way to get to the port with price and convience in mind. Thanks. This will be my girls first cruise. They are 7 and 9!
