Carnival's new loyalty program

Has anyone gotten any info lately on the new loyalty program based on points ? I am new to this site, so this may have been asked already. I will attempt to attach a photo of the new design, based on points, rather than sailings.Just click on thumbnail.

I think it's geared to reward those who do longer sailings. 1x3day is now not the same as 1x12day cruise, it's now based on total days sailed, plus they sometimes offer bonus points.
