Ok...so I completed check-in. Printed luggage tags just fine, but I cannot open & print boarding passes (small box to check.. will not allow me to check it). Anybody else had this problem or is it just me? Should I call online check-in support phone #? Thanks.
Sounds like you have all the info in there, you would only be printing the passes for you, they don't ask for them, everything is online and that is what they need. If you would feel better, go ahead and call, but I think you will be just fine...I had printed mine and they never asked to see them, they had it all on the computer.
They have recently updated the Carnival check in online. I'm guessing that there is one portion that you have yet to complete. Perhaps the credit card or the contract acceptance. Check everyone on the booking. They all have to be complete. I'd say give it another shot b4 you call! Good luck.

I agree with both answers above - there must be a portion you didn't complete.
I had this problem on a recent cruise because it wouldn't accept my wife's registration as being complete because I had correctly stated that she was leaving the ship early. I never could print hers out, but we had no problems geeting on the ship.
However - it did appear that they never got her request for a certain kind of cuisine.
