You should receive an email from Travelocity with your booking number. Travelocity (or whoever they are now using for cruise booking) will be the "agent of record".
Once your receive the booking number from Travelocity you will then go to Carnival and look at your booking. It may take a little time to get into the Carnival system but it should be less than 24 hours.
On the Carnival site you will need to fill out your "Fun Pass" information and you can pre-order shore excursions, buy Bon Voyage stuff but any changes to the reservation have to go through Travelocity. Carnival will not talk directly to you.
