First Cruise Help Please
 

Hi,

Can you help please? My boyfriend and I have just checked in online for our July cruise. On the booking summary there are two guests listed - one is my boyfriend VIFP Blue and the other is me VIFP .. and a big long number Red. :confused:

Does this matter? Why are we different colours? :rolleyes:

This is our first cruise and we are completely clueless about all of it so were just wondering if this was important or not?! We didn't want to end up separated etc :-?

Sounds to me like Carnival thinks you have cruised before on them, that's what the red means.

As much as their computer system has been messed up since this changed, it's probably happened a lot to others too.
