Default Gluten diets

John Heald has reported an update to their menu...

I have been working with the Executive Head Chef on Gluten Free meals and today I can confirm that each ship has gluten free pasta available at dinner and if the guest has contacted special needs ( or me here ) that they can prepare gluten free meals from the menu.
Provided we know in advance they will be more than happy to assist. I am now waiting on a list of Lido items at breakfast and lunch from Chef. Cheers "

20 years ago we had Johnny Cash, Bob Hope and Steve Jobs. Now we have no Cash, no Hope and no Jobs. Please don't let Kevin Bacon die.

Default Glutten Free

My Wife is Celiac and must have a Gluten Free Diet. Carnival has always done an excellent job of providing Gluten Free foods for her. They even make her special bread and Gluten Free Chocolate Melting Cake. Each evening the Hostess would come to our table and work on the following night's order with her. The Lido is a bit different, however if you ask one of the Supervisors they can advise you what is and isn't. She normally sticks to no brainer non gluten foods on the Lido and it works well. She did get gluttened once. They had made her Glutten free Pasta, but the waiter delivered the wrong dish! Oops! She said she should have realized it because the pasta tasted good!
