Anybody know how to get a duplicate Sign-N-Sail statement from Carnival? I apparently lost the one from our recent cruise on the Dream. I like to keeo a file on each cruise and from time to time compare them to each other. Any assistance will be appreciated.
Can I assume by your user name that you are, in fact, a Master Chief?
If so, I just wanted to thank you for your service! I spent 6 years in the Navy including a year in Vietnam on River Patrol Boats. And in fact, we're currently in Jacksonville visiting our daughter who got her Honorable Discharge on Friday after 7 years and then immediately re-enlisted for another 6 years in the Navy. She's an AM2 and we're very proud of her.
Anyway, to answer your question, have your agent take care of this for you. All it takes is a phone call to the right office. If you didn't use an agent, then the shame on you and you'll have to do it yourself. Call the reservation number - they won't be able to help you, but tell them you want a copy of your onboard account - they will transfer you to the right office. If they say they can't or won't, demand to speak to a supervisor - after all, they're just order takers and you need to get to the right place.
