Next to guy's was that lighted up thing showing how guys makes his burgers. I asked the guy if they made theirs that way and put a lid over each burger to steam them like that and he said yes.... then the last day I watched them make the burgers on the grill .. nope.
Why say you make them with a lid over them if you dont...
Not that it took away from them.... still a great burger .. and those fries .. yum.
thanks for the videos. Its like seeing everything all over again.
I dont think anyone says it was a cut back? I think the brillant part is that there is never a line. They can slap a burger on a bun and a throw a handfull of fries fries on a plate in less than 30 seconds vs how long it took to cook your meal at Mongolian BBQ. I will miss mongolian .. but it took too long to cook.
This works really well on the ship. It also had longer hours than I expected in the afternoon.
On the Dark Side website there are trolls who automatically call any change a cutback. I fell sorry for anyone who actually believes all of the crap that is posted there.
Carnival Sunshine will bring back Mongolian Grill by day and some sort of pay Asian restaurant (I think) by night. While I thought the old Mongolian was okay, it just wasn't worth the wait to get. The new concept will be interesting to see.
