Carnival Signature Cheesecake

I'm trying to find out what was in the Signature Cheesecake that was served on the Pride back the beginning of September. My fiance loved it and I'd like to make something similar to it for his birthday this weekend. Any and all assistance will be greatly appreciated.

Which is the signature cheesecake? I've had three, the heavy new york style and the regular in the MDR and the lighter version in the steakhouse.

Maybe it was in the signature section one night in the MDR?

Which one of the 3 above sounds like which one it was? Im guessing it was the regular one in the MDR as you would probably remember if you ate it in the steak house or it was the New York style.
