Although the art dealers sometimes act shady on board and in auctions it's written on each bid card that you pay 15% commission if you return it within 90days.
Personally I'd say that's generous as they don't have to offer a return policy at all. Many stores have a restocking fee, you can't just sue after the fact when you don't want to pay...well you can but paying 33grand to dispute a $500 charge and spending 2 years litigating is stupid. I have no sympathy for Carnival saying they are not welcome again.
