Have you personally used this service to comment on the quality of it by chance? Also, can you confirm that you can essentially walk out of the Carnival port building and board the shuttle right there?
I have run into a problem like this a couple times with rental cars where some rental car companies choose not to pay port fees? Which would allow them access to the port. I once booked an Enterprise rental because their slogan is, "We'll pick you up!" Only to find out they could not access the port to pick us up, and did not offer a shuttle to their closest office. We had to take a cab there!
I was asking about this shuttle as we are cruising this fall with a group, and this shuttle posted discounts when there were more people. Carnival's option does not offer a discount for a group.
In addition, I am looking for a shuttle from the airport, to a Port Canaveral hotel, the day before the cruise, again, for a group. So with potential discounts in both directions, AND an option the day before the cruise to a hotel (which Carnival does not offer) becomes even more attractive, as long at it's a good service. ie, reliable, etc.
Krunch.sorry, I have not been fortunate to sail from port Canaveral, but over the years here, have seen it mentioned time and againas a reliable option. Give them a call and see of they fit your requirements.
In Lauderdale they have a fabulous shuttle which we use consistently.. too bad they are not all over the state. Every port should be as easy as Lauderdale, between a cab and shuttles.

Your best bet would be to do an internet search for shuttle services and speak with the individual companies directly. There is a big difference between rental cars and shuttle services. I've cruised out of Port Canaveral a couple of times, once with the Super Shuttle from the airport and once with the hotel shuttle. Both shuttle services took us right up to port building door and picked us up there after the cruise. I don't remember the prices which I'm sure are no longer the same as they were but we usually travel with a group of 10-15.
Trip, this will be our first time sailing out of Port Canaveral. Thanx for the heads up on this Shuttle option that I was not aware of. We have sailed out of Fort Lauderdale twice so far and the nice think about that port is it's proximity to the airport for sure. It makes any shuttle option relatively cheap. Even a cab is fine for this short distance.
Faraway, searching the internet is exactly what I have been doing and I have been compiling a list of several options for a while. Some are more economical, (Like Trip's option) when booking groups of people to transport.
