I can't believe your agent would have put you in that cabin without warning you first.
Personally, I would never put a client in a cabin like that unless they absolutely demanded it.
As was stated, it's right under the pool area, which is a hard deck and you'll constantly be listening to people walking across it with hard soles, especially women in high heels! Kids are running, people dropping things, dragging chairs, etc, etc.
We spent 2 weeks in a similar cabin (thanks to selecting a guarantee instead of a cabin assignment) and we were miserable. Got another guarantee on another ship for 12 days and had the same problem being below the Lido deck, but luckily the weather was cool and while we didn't hear as much noise, we still heard it.
Obviously, some cabins are going to be better than others and the noise will depend on the crowd and weather, but to me, if I have a choice, I wouldn't do it. I think you'll be much happier moving down one level.

It wouldn't be my pick but I think you should be ok unless you go to bed early. There really isn't much traffic late at night up there or at least on my past two cruises there wasn't. I'm sure you will here noise during the day for sure but how many people are in their cabin during the day. Time will tell.
