Twicw in the past I have gotten emails from Carnival for on line comments about my cruise but I have not gotten one on my last three cruises. Have they stopped that practice?
What is the best way, Facebook or Carnival.com, to commend crewmembers for their performance? I have heard that promotions and raises come from guests comments.

The online comment cards are sent out to a random percentage of the guests.
I'm not sure where to write but, in the future, write a note about the person who gave you great service and drop it off at Guest Services. It will be sent to the person's manager. Include their name and department.
