Anyone have the new menus for the Libery?

Our own famous Zydeco cruiser has lots of carnival menus online: Carnival Cruise Line Menus - Food* Pictures

“American TABLE” menu

The Carnival’s “American TABLE” menu will be offered in MDRs on casual nights, and will feature also “call ports” entrees with popular regional dishes varying each day according to the visited port. The ingredients will be sourced as usual – in the ships’ departure ports.

“MINESTRONE MILANESE”
“CANNELLONI” (ricotta, pancetta, peas)
(for the table) “FRIED CALAMARI”, ”FLATBREAD” (with caramelized onions, mushrooms, ricotta) and ”CAESAR SALAD”
(St Thomas) ”TROPICAL SALAD” (Lettuce, coconut, chili, almonds)
“SEARED TUNA”
“ROASTED BROCCOLI SALAD” (chiliflakes)

The four ships trying the new menus all have some variation and Carnival is continuing to tweak the menus. Eventually they will merge and become common again.

Carnival does seem committed to going forward with the new menus.
