Default Hello from Carnival Dream Reposition Cruise

So far mostly good. A small problem with the cabin fixed and it is cruising mode time.

Pictures from the first day are posted.

Carnival Dream Reposition Cruise from Port Canaveral to New Orleans, April 5-14, 2014

Go Big Blue.

A coupe of minor surprises - Dream has the new pizza but also serves Caesar salad!

With the Late Night Eats on Lido, there were potato chips!

Time to Carpe Brunch!

My niece and a party of 10 just got off yesterday. It was all of their first cruise and they loved the Dream.

We were planning on driving home on Monday, but could maybe stick around - have to check with the girlfriend. Any details or link for the celebration?

We haven't been on the Dream in a few years but I am quickly remembering why it is perhaps our favorite ship.

Not that I am aware of...just the normal PR, the first time a ship comes to it's new homeport...the City is excited about having the Dream for a few months...In our hearts, the Conquest is still our favorite

If anything special is planned, I will post here for you...too bad, you will judt miss the French Quarter Festival and to early for Jazz Fest

On Monday, eat some red beans and rice and check out the WW2 Museum

I know RB&R is traditional, but I'm thinking an erster poboy. :-)

Well another successful cruise under my belt. Did not notice any fanfare when we arrived in the city, but there was probably some sort of plaque presentation or something.

Many more pictures were added and many lame captions left to update/add.

In the meanwhile, a video from Stingray Sandbar and Stingray Feeding!
