Checking for rate reductions

We just booked a cruise for Sept on Carnival and went with the Early Saver booking this time. Is there any easy way to check to see if the rates have gone down? The only way I see is to go through the whole booking process.

Carnival has a fare viewer:

Fare Viewer

Note: It doesn't include taxes which can go up or down and might offset a rate reduction.

That's a good site! I don't really expect fares to go down for a Liberty cruise on July 19th, but if they do how do Carnival deal with that? Refund? OBC?

If eligible for a rate reduction, if before final payment Carnival will reduce the rate you pay. If after final payment, it will be OBC.

Thanks Zydecocruiser, that should make it a bit easier to check for reductions!
