Default Carnival Group Class Question

We are sailing on the Carnival Liberty in mid-September. I have read that Carnival offers pilates and yoga classes for a fee but was wondering if they also offered spinning classes. I would really enjoy continuing my regular workout routine which includes spinning 3x a week, especially when I will be bumping up the calories. Does anyone know if this is offered on Carnival or if there are any other group classes other than yoga and pilates offered? Thank you.

They will have spin classes, probably 3 in a week cruise. They also have a free stretch class which is usually followed by a free abs class. A good way to start your morning if you can be up at 6

Not sure if you are going to the private island in the bahamas but if so look for a yoga class that on the beach that day. It's a great view.

I took a spinning class on my last cruise. It was a fee for 3 classes that week. I think they offered the class every day but you could choose. Other times I have taken regular fitness classses, worked out on the machines treadmill or elliptical. Other times I would run the outside track. Almost did not feel like exercise with the beautiful views and all.
