Just as a clarification here folks. Please do NOT assume that any subject addressed to any cruise line official posted on this board will be responded to.
Dot Sawyer wrote a letter to Mr Sasso but he did mention reading about the problem on a message board.
If their is a problem or question you need the cruise line to address, I suggest you phone, write or e-mail the respective cruise line's Customer Service Department or work with your travel agent to get the issue resolved.
And as always, feel free to cotnact any one of the CruiseMates Staff Members for guidance or help in getting an answer.
Tim is advising you wisely. With help from your friends at Cruisemates, your Agent, and puting your claimplaint in writing to the Cruise Line with details of your specific complaints they will be handled properly, and directed to the proper persons. I have personally seen it happen.
