Ticket delivery

We are sailing on 2/19/01 on the Zenith and still have not received travel documents. Is it customary for Celebrity to be so late with ticket delivery? I have cruised many times on other lines and have never been this late receiving documents. I am really getting worried.

Carol,
We too are concerned about out tickets. We are cruising on Horizon 3/3 out of Aruba and still don't have them. My travel agent called them on 2/10 (Friday) and they said "they are in the cue" and we should get them this week. Hope this helps in some way. I will try to let you know when they comer.

Did you book on a gaurantee? Are you using your own air? Did you book just recently?

I'd have my TA on the phone constantly until I found out where my package was.

We got our Celebrity docs for the Millie about 2 weeks prior?

Wow.. they are late. Assume you've contacted your TA, and they've contacted Celebrity?
Seems the last few cruises I've done docs are coming later and later. Last trip I got them the day before we cruised.
Before that the latest they'd come was 5 day prior to sailing.
I know its a nail biter, but if the TA has made contact with Celeb, and they know where they are things should be OK.

We received our Millie tickets for our
3/25 cruise this past Thursday. 6 weeks
priot to our cruise. Cruise only no air.
