HELP!!! ??? on Celebrity Promo

My son and I are booked into Cat5 on back to back cruises this August on the Centtury. I would love to be able to take advantage of this promo. However, after looking at the Celebritiy web site, I find that it is showing SS and above for one of the weeks as the only cabins with balconies available. Does this mean we are out of luck, or does BEST AVAILABE mean that we may get this suite?? Naturally we would want the same room for both cruises.

Suites are not included in the promotion. You could still probably save some money if you rebooked, because you would pay for the least expensive inside cabin and be upgraded to the best available outside cabin (excluding suites). Just make sure the same cabin is available both weeks, so you do not have to move.
