Millie and Infinity- Cabin assistance

I am currently booked on two cruises, and I have questions about the cabins...

Millie - 7176

In the brochure this cabin & balcony look larger than the others in the same category. Has anyone stayed in this cabin, and is it really larger?

Infinity - 8102

My concern here is that the people in the suite next door will have full view of the balcony. Do the windows in the suite extend all the way arround? What do you recommend?

I had suite 6100 and the Celebrity suite looked into my balcony and I into their cabin. Luckily they figured this out early on and kept their sheers and curtains closed on the two windows facing my deck. The upper suites did not do that, but how many times does a person go up to the window in those suites. The best part about cabins midship is reduced movement so it is a trade off.

I will ensure I have a battery ready for my camcorder at all times on this cruise....cant wait to try out the zoom feature. lol

CK, we were booked in cabin 8102 on our Milli sailing in March, changed to 8118 for the exact reason you are questioning, If you can change your cabin, I would.

CK- I say keep your room on the Millie. I fought hard to get 7180 for the balcony size and the location of the elevator. The cabin looks standard size, but the balcony is larger according to the deck plans. Happy cruising! We are sailing 3-17.

I took another look and the cabin does look wider. Getting better all the time!

CK, when are you cruising? We have booked 7175 and 7180 on the Millie for 10/21. We did this on the recommendation of a TA who had stayed in one of these rooms and told us that the balcony was larger. We can let you know how we liked it after we get back.

We are in cabin #7176 on the Millie transatlantic cruise on 9/30.
