We had cabin 7199 on the Summit. Great cabin and wonderful balcony. The balcony is indeed larger than the cabin. Some covered, some open ... so good for all weather.

We have booked 7202 on an upcoming sailing (opposite corner from your 7199) as those 6 corner aft rooms are the best !! (without paying for a suite)
We chose deck 7 as I felt deck 9 (sky deck) was too close to the public area above and I didn't want people above looking down onto the uncovered area of the balcony.........If you can get 7199 grab it!

Booked it for 22nd July 03. Need a big balcony because we have two children, plus mother and father have booked also sister Cheryl and husband Graham, so we definitely need a big big big balcony.

Lac. Look on Cruise Mates Photo Gallery. There are some pictures of the balconies at the aft of the ship. They look good to me.

You have to go way back to a Photo Gallery posted on 6/26/02 titled "Infinity Corner Cabin 8166" which is one floor above, but same cabin, great photos.......I visited one during my cruise on the Millenium and instantly knew I had to have a cabin like that for my next M-class voyage........

Our family has booked that cabin for 2/22. With 3 children, mom & dad can have some privacy; kids can have their own sleeping and living space; the balcony can accommodate everyone comfortably for Room Service meals; when the little one takes a nap, the adult can relax and enjoy the view and great outdoors. With the low 3rd. & 4th person rate, the slight additional cost for the two adults really is worth it. A great value for the extra space.

LAC, the FV does not have Conceriege or Butler service. The balcony is 270SF- almost bigger than the two room cabin.

Well here we go again with cabin 7199! At this moment I should be sat on the BIG balcony of 7199 on the Millenium but no, I am sat at home in Nottinghamshire, England, due to the cruise being cancelled. Just to let you all know that I now have to wait another year before I can sit on it. We have booked the same room on the Constellation Scandinavia & Russia cruise next August. Oh well only one year to go.
Have fun on the balcony all those people who manage to cruise this summer and I hope that the 2nd August cruise is not cancelled.

Hi Lac thanks for your reply, We have booked on the Aurora P&O Line in August so we do have a cruise to go on. It is realy funny how things work out. On Wednesday I was really gutted when I heard that the cruise had been cancelled, but things have happened ever since. First my daughter was on holiday with school last week and broke hare wrist whilst jumping off cliffs into the sea, so she is now in plaster, then my husband's crown on his tooth fell off on Sunday, so that needs a trip to the dentist and today on the news, it was reporting that the British Airways flights from Heathrow Airport had delays of up to five days. We had Brithish Airways flights booked So maybe it was for the best for our family that the cruise was cancelled. Any way we do have something to look foraward to. Do you know anything about the Aurora? I know alot of the older generation in England enjoy cruuising on P&O. I am sure we will enjoy Our curise.

Wow, I sure am glad we flew in and out of Gatwick. This is the first I'd heard about the trouble at Heathrow so I just looked it up and read about it. My mom and I just went to Europe for ten days, flying on British Airways, and our return flight was on Sunday. I wondered why there was such a looooooooong line to check in and the flights were all full. I feel lucky!

Cheers,
Michelle B.
