I'm one of those that likes to be loyal to my travel agent. I normally use a local agent, but for the last cruise on Millennium, the price could not be beat at Best Price Cruises. My local TA could not match the price. I kind of felt bad about it, but if I couldn't have gotten that low price, I probably would not have gone this time. There will be many more for my TA in the future. I help her out, anyway by doing all the homework. I just call her with the date and the ship and she books it.
My travel agent at Cruise Specialists in Seattle can usually match any advertised fare, and even after it is booked will go back to the cruise line to get the lower fare. You can't beat a good travel agent for the service you'll get.
