Default Need SUMMIT cabin and ship advice. Help!

We are getting ready to book the 10 night ultimate on the Summit. Can anyone give me any insight into the size of the following cabins and their verandas. We as choosing between rooms #7080 abd #7177.Does anyone know if either cabin #7080 or #7177 is larger than the other? Is there an actual difference in balcony size between these 2 rooms? The brochure claims that they are exactly the same in size, but somehow I doubt it based on what I have heard about this ship. Please help! Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hi, Anita ...

This is a good question for your TA. They are so close in number (odd-numbered cabins are on one side, even-numbered on the other) that I'd guess they are probably very similar.

77 and 80 aren't that far apart.

The veranda in #7177 is larger than most of the other 2B cabins (I know because I have #7178). As for #7080, it is a different configuration so it looks a little larger than the nearby verandas on Vista deck. I know people who had #7177 and #7178 on the Millennium and loved the location and balcony size. That is why I picked it.

Repeating Pamda's recommendation, your questions are good ones for your t/a who can get the exact figures for you. Remember, the deck plans you see are NOT necessarily drawn to scale.
