Here we go, I think I booked the wrong ship. I am 38 years old, wanted something classy but fun. All I hear is that it is a ship for older people( 60 +). Not that I have anything against that. However I wanted to have some fun for New Years' eve.
Can anyone help and tell me what do they think, is the crowd on New year's eve probably be a little younger???
Just relax and have a good time. If you go with that in your mind, then you probably will have a lousy time.
We sailed on the Horizon this past october, I am 30, and my partner is 34. When we went to dinner, we were sitting with 2 couples double our age, and 1 couple celebrating their 70th wedding anniversary. I was not to happy when I saw this. I think they all were the livliest people on the ship. They were all so much fun, I hated to see dinner end, we were having so much fun.To this day we still keep in touch with them all. I am sure you will not be the only young people on the ship. Im sure you will have a blast. Just relax and have a great time. let us know how you make out.

Don't fret......I've been on three Celebrity cruises. All three have had a nice range of ages.....
Just relax and have a wonderful time. My motto is....age is a state of mind.
Enjoy!

I am part of a group of 14 who will be on the group. We are 4 families. The adults are in their early 40's and the children ranging from 8-17. There should be a good number of families on this cruise since school is out. We were on the Easter 2000 voyage of the Zenith. There were alot of families on that cruise with an average age of 35-40. Don't worry you will have a great time
Tammy: My wife and I( both in our forties) were on the Zenith during Thanksgiving. While most of the ship appeared to be in their 70's, we had a ball! We met several couples our age, but we also found that we had fun with couples twice our age. You will have a good time! ....John
I am 45 and going on the Zenith on Jan6th. My travel companions are
all between 50 and 75 yrs, and I might say the older of the group are
more fun than those in their 50's. I think older people sometimes
just want to pack in as much living as they can in their senior years.
I suggest, just be open to people of all ages, you may be surprised,
and yes maybe because it is over New Years, there will be some
younger people aboard. My experience with this cruise line as well
as others is that they to a very good job at matching you with people
your own age, and background as tablemates. Good luck, and have
a wonderful cruise.
