Menu at USS on Infinity

Can anyone tell me the menu options in the specialty restuarant? Thanks for any information I can get. Cathy

We sailed on Infinity last April to Hawaii. The menue then was as follows:
Appetizers:
Iced Tropical Paradise - fruit soup
Lobster Veloute (broth)
Caesar Salad
Russian Salad
Shredded Smoked CHicken with Oriental Salad
Tartare of Salmon
Chilled Asparagus
Stuffed Quail glazed with Port Jelly
Goat Cheese Souffle (my favorite)
Entrees:
Risotto Primavera
Grilled Fillet of Sea Bass
Boston Scrod
Flambeed Scampi
Long Island Duckling for two (a recipe from the S.S. United States)
Saltimbocca
Rack of Lamb en Croute
Steak Diane
Cheese Selections
Desserts:
Crepes Suzette
Zabaglione
Waldorf Pudding
Chocolate Souffle - yummy!

That's the same menu we had on the Infinity a month ago in the Southern Caribbean.

Did Infinity have the roast duck? I thought that was just for Infinity.

The Russian Salad is fabulous. And I'm with Cindy on the goat cheese souffle !!!
