Celebrity pulls Century from Europe

Celebrity announced in a Press release today that the Century would be staying in the CAribbean this summer and not going to Europe as planned. Further details on ports,etc will follow later.

I am afraid that many of the lines will start to pull away from Europe (especially the Med) for next summer IF the U.S. has a confrontation with Iraq.

Sounds like it might be a good strategy, considering the present situation in the Mid East. With Celebrity having only the Galaxy in the Caribbean in the summer months, this gives them a little better coverage.
