No Tickets

Can I ask if anyone else, especially if you are in the UK, are having problems with delays in receiving cruise & flight tickets. We are traveling Trans-atlantic on the Constallation this Friday Oct 25th and still havn't received our tickets. We have spoken to our travel agents but they have not received them either. We phoned Celebrity (Royal Carribean) today but no one seemed interested in sorting the problem out.

It may not seem important but we need to make travel & accommodation arrangements prior to the flights etc as we have to travel some distance to the airport.

Hi Dave,

I would definitely be concerned about your air tickets, but not about your cruise documents. I've gotten to the pier without documents. As long as you're on the passenger manifest you're on the cruise. I know this is of no consolation right now, but on a future cruise you might want to book your air independently in the UK so you don't need to worry about Celebrity's slow ticket delivery. If you booked your cruise through a travel agent, call the agent and have him/her secure your documents for you. If you booked directly through Celebrity, call and ask to speak with a supervisor. Unless you booked yesterday, you should have already received your tickets. Good luck.

But we have spoken to our travel agents daily for the last week, but finally got our tickets at 7.20am today by special delivery but only now do we find that we could have completed embarkation forms online, but is now to late.

Oh well I hope they run their ships better than their admin.
