Was recently on Infinity, but didn't use the internet cafe. I just found some internet cafe'
s on shore, always close by the piers, and a lot less $ too. This ship is beautiful, easly to navigate, both food and entertainment were good, and service was wonderful.
Enjoy the Canal cruise, perfect ship for going through!
Unfortunately, in the 14 days, we only dock 4 days. I'm familiar with the Internet Cafes in Aruba, but not in Costa Rico or Mexico. Donna wrote:

When we were on Infinity you could get unlimited using your laptop in cabin for 99.00 for 7 day cruise. you could also use the internet cafe for the same 99.00 7 day cruise. I have found that I use it each day for 10 minutes just to check emails and that would run 5.00, so in a week would only cost 35.00. If you are on longer than that then the weekly may work out better for you.
OK, I just checked with Celebrity about the computer fees. According to the information they provided, the charge is 95 cents a minute to use their computer in the internet cafe. If you bring your own computer (i.e. presumably a laptop), you can connect in your room for $25. per day, or $100 per week. This unlimited rate ONLY APPLIES if you have you own computer. With your own computer, you can also hook up in the internet cafe for the same unlimited rates.
The price is .50 per minute, although if you speak to Kim the computer trainer, she will sign you up for unlimited use for $100. We were on a 2 week cruise, and it was great. Only problem is that the computers are slow.
...and I don't understand why those computers are so slow. It seems to me that by now the cruise lines should be offering much faster connect times for the money they charge -- especially when providing unlimited access in one's cabin.
